Booking

The number of guests, the price, and the type of accommodation provided by Ulvsvåg Gjestgiveri og Fjordcamping AS are specified in the booking confirmation you receive after making your reservation.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival, by 12:00 PM.
• Cancellations must be made through the website where the booking was placed.
• If you cancel too late, 50% of the cost for the first 24 hours of your booking will be charged.
• If you need to cancel due to illness, we recommend checking whether this is covered by your travel insurance.
• Please help us and our other guests by honoring your room reservation commitment.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Your booked accommodation is guaranteed to be ready for check-in from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you must check out by 12:00 PM.

Force Majeure

Events beyond the control of the contracting parties, such as strikes, fires, etc., that make it impossible to fulfill the obligations under this agreement, entitle either party to terminate the agreement without liability for compensation.
